Senior Facility Manager

Our client is an ambitious C(D)MO and acts as center of excellence for clients specializing in GMP Manufacturing, process development and cell and gene therapies.The company has a flat organizational structure and the facility consists of different cleanrooms and laboratories to make the difference for their clients. Responsibilities - Accountable for GMP facilities, engineering, warehouse and logistics departments including QMS related activities. - Managing of all facility management requirements for manufacturing. This includes ensuring facility operations are operational for cleaning, waste management, pest control and gowning supplies to support critical day to day operation in the labs and cleanrooms. - Manage operational and capital budgets, create management reports and organize resources according to team priorities and customer needs. - Contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards. - Manage direct reports as well as external contractors for FM, cleaning, pest control and waste management. - Ensuring that a timely and effective communication and escalation process exists to raise (quality) issues to the appropriate management level. - Adhere to all safety procedures and compliance requirements. Requirements - Proven experience as head of facilities in a GMP environment in Pharma/CDMO. - At least BSc in relevant field e.g. Facility Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. - Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience incl. 5 years in managerial roles. - Good communication skills in Dutch and English (in writing and verbally). - Pro-active and self-organised with experience in a GMP environment . - Thorough and a problem solver focused on providing effective services to all stakeholders.
