DXFactor - Business Analyst

Job Description : Responsibilities : - Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and documentation review. - Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional and non-functional specifications. - Document and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects, QA) to design and develop technical solutions. - Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and data flow diagrams. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of software and hardware solutions. - Understand and document API requirements and data integrations. - Develop and execute test plans and test cases. - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business requirements. - Identify and document defects and work with development teams to resolve them. - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Create reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings. - Assist in data migration and data quality initiatives. - Assist project managers in planning and monitoring project progress. - Identify and manage project risks and issues. - Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders. - Facilitate communication between business and technical teams. - Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. - Provide training and support to end-users. Qualifications : Experience : - 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical environment. Technical Skills : - Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). - Experience with database concepts and SQL. - Familiarity with API's and web services. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau). - Understanding of system integration concepts. - Experience with ticketing systems like Jira. Soft Skills : - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Detail orientated. Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications : - Certifications in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA). - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience with programming languages (ref:hirist.tech)
