Aiprus Software Private Limited, formed in March 2021, is an onshore-offshore based IT outsourcing company located in Gurugram. Aiprus specializes in providing professional, cost-effective offshore outsourcing services and full range of IT services to customers worldwide. The company focuses on technical expertise, domain knowledge, and project management excellence to help clients achieve their strategic business goals. We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant/functional analyst with 9 years of experience specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform and Azure Services who will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing our Dynamics solution to meet business needs. Work timings 12 : 30 PM -9 : 30 PM IST. Comments on Experience & Skills : Deep Product Knowledge : - Extensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 module Customer Service. - Knowledge of the platform's capabilities, limitations, and best practices for customization. Industry Experience : - Experience in automotive industry can be valuable for understanding sector-specific requirements and Gathering : - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and processes. - Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and document them comprehensively. Solution Design : - Translate business requirements into functional specifications. - Design solutions that leverage standard functionalities of Dynamics 365 and identify areas requiring customization. Configuration and Customization : - Configure the Dynamics 365 environment to align with business needs. - Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards as required. Integration : - Plan and oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, third-party applications). - Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems. Implementation : - Lead or assist in the deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions. Training and Support : - Support in development of user manuals and training materials. - Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot issues : - Create detailed documentation of the configuration, customizations, and integrations. - Maintain documentation for future reference and auditing. Skills and Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business processes and design appropriate solutions. Communication Skills : - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users. Project Management : - Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) to manage projects efficiently. - Ability to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure tasks stay on track. Change Management : - Skills in managing organizational change and ensuring user adoption. - Ability to guide businesses through the transition to new systems and processes. Technical Proficiency : - Understanding of the technical aspects of Dynamics 365, including architecture, data models, and integration points. - Ability to work closely with technical teams (developers, IT staff) to implement and support solutions.
