The ideal candidate will have 15 years of hands-on experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) within the Retail, Merchandise, and Supply Chain domains. As an EDI Functional Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration of business processes through EDI solutions, working closely with internal teams and external : 15 : Hyderabad, India Job Type : Responsibilities : - Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of EDI processes across Retail, Merchandise, and Supply Chain domains. - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into EDI solutions that improve operational efficiency. - Configure and maintain EDI systems, including mapping and translation, to ensure smooth and error-free data exchanges. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and business operations, to ensure successful integration and data flow between trading partners. - Provide functional expertise in EDI processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with industry standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT). - Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions. - Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in EDI, supply chain, and retail to continually improve system Skills and Experience : - 15 years of experience in EDI implementation, particularly in the Retail, Merchandise, and Supply Chain domains. - Strong knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and other relevant formats. - Proven experience with EDI tools and software (e.g., SAP, Sterling Integrator, TIBCO, or similar platforms). - Deep understanding of business processes in Retail and Supply Chain (order processing, inventory management, logistics, etc.) - Ability to manage large-scale EDI projects and work with external partners and vendors. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex EDI issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and Qualifications : - Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems. - Knowledge of cloud-based EDI platforms. - Certifications or training in EDI-related technologies or supply chain management is a plus.
