SAP Materials Management Consultant

Job Title : Senior SAP MM Consultant. Location : Hyderabad. Experience : 8 Years. Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MM Consultant with in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ECC implementations. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in SAP MM module configurations, integration with other modules, and implementation projects. Key Responsibilities : - Must have minimum 1 S/4 HANA implementation project experience and 2 full lifecycle SAP ECC Implementations (Project Preparation to Go Live) along with 3-4 Rollout projects. - Strong expertise in SAP Material Management (MM), including PR, PO, RFQ, Subcontracting, Consignments, Pricing procedure, Inventory management, MRP, account determination, Physical Inventory, Outputs & Forms, and Warehouse Management (WM). - Understanding of SAP ACTIVATE Methodology, SAP Best Practices, BPML, SAP Fit-to-Standard approach. - Configuration and support for Requisitioning to Ordering, Directed Tier 2, Subcontracting, Intercompany processes. - Participate in Requirement discussions with Business teams, conduct Technical & Functional analysis, Requirements Definition, Functional Design, and Configuration. - Work on Custom developments from Requirement Gathering to Production delivery, with a strong focus on Enhancements and Optimizations. - Handle integration points with FI, CO, PP, SD, QM, and EWM. - Experience with Data Migration Tools (LSMW, LTMC, LTMOM). - Proactively identify and propose business process/system enhancements. - Identify gaps, issues, and provide workaround solutions. - Document Functional Design Specifications, Test Cases, and Results. - Good knowledge in standard S/4HANA reports and functionalities (Business Partner, BRF, and HANA Tables). - Designed and implemented interfaces between SAP and third-party external systems. - Hands-on experience in Cutover Strategies & Planning. - Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. - Handle Material Master and Vendor Master functionalities, database tables, and relationships. Required Skills : - Expertise in SAP MM Configurations and Implementations. - Strong understanding of integration with FI, CO, PP, SD, QM, and EWM. - Good knowledge of SAP Activate methodology. - Hands-on experience in Data Migration Tools (LSMW, LTMC, LTMOM). - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and client-handling skills. - Ability to drive the project from requirement gathering to testing and go-live. Preferred Skills : - Experience in SAP S/4HANA Functionalities, Business Partner, BRF. - Experience in third-party system integrations. - Exposure to cutover planning and execution strategies. - Knowledge of standard reports and system optimization techniques.
