If you have a passion for transforming complex data into actionable insights and want to make an impact in a cutting-edge pharma environment, this is your chance to shine The position: The Technical Operations Data Analyst is part of a team responsible for data-driven decision-making in our Technical Operations Department. In this role, he/she will be responsible to analyze supply chain and operational data, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize efficiency, quality, and performance. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze operational data from multiple sources to identify trends and performance gaps. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track key metrics (e.g., OTIF, inventory levels, process efficiency). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, IT) to improve data accuracy and reporting. Support process automation and digital transformation initiatives within Technical Operations. Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and recommend data-driven solutions. Work with large datasets using Excel, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations. Specific Skills, Educational Requirements and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field. 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in supply chain, operations, or pharma. Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus. Knowledge of supply chain processes and KPIs (e.g., OTIF, lead time, inventory turns). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team.
