As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Understand and effectively communicate the company's products and services to clients and candidates. Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer service experience. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
