Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Oversee procurement of stock, ensuring it meets customer specifications and is sourced efficiently. Manage the consolidation, export, and delivery process to ensure smooth transit to the destination country. Liaise with customers to provide updates, address inquiries, and resolve any issues related to orders. Work closely with suppliers to ensure the timely availability of goods. Maintain and update records related to orders, inventory, and shipping. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Requirements: Matric Pervious experience as an Operations Coordinator Strong numerical skills, with the ability to work with data and track key metrics. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and suppliers. Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Excel to handle data and create reports. Previous experience in FMCG, exports, or logistics will be beneficial. Must have the acumen to effectively deal with customers and address their needs.
