Wills Sales Consultant - Pretoria East

Experience At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role. Experience in will services, estate planning, or the financial services industry is highly desirable. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Skills & Attributes Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Results-driven with excellent negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Educational & Certification Requirements Matric Certification. RE5 and FAIS qualifications (e.g., NQF5 Wealth Management) required. Relevant certifications in estate planning or financial planning will be advantageous. A tertiary qualification in Business, Law, or a related field is advantageous. Working Conditions Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (longer hours may be required). Availability to work Saturdays (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM) upon special request. At least one late shift per week from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
