Write SQL and Python code to implement client requirements and solve business problems. Design and develop Tableau dashboards and reports. Lead planning activities and ensure on-schedule delivery of client deliverables. Recommend and implement changes to enhance data cleansing and conversion processes. Support testing and validation of new data conversion processes. Provide development support and mentor junior developers. Participate in production support cycles on a rotational basis. Troubleshoot data discrepancies and missing data issues from daily ETL loads. Must haves 7 years of ETL and data warehouse development experience. 7 years of experience leading complex solution designs. Strong SQL expertise and data mapping abilities. Experience with cloud technologies (preferably AWS). Python scripting knowledge. Tableau (or equivalent tool) and business intelligence implementation experience. Understanding of higher education data models (preferred). Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
