Sr. Functional Business Analyst - SAP PP and/or PM

This person will play a key role in connecting the IT SAP PP/PM team to the Business, identifying optimal SAP technology solutions, and supporting projects, AMS, and initiatives from planning to delivery globally, including SAP configuration and development processes. Essential Responsible Areas: Support initiatives in the area of Plan to Stock (P2S), including SAP integrations with external systems. Operate as a functional lead analyst for SAP PP and/or PM, with proficient knowledge of integrations with upstream and downstream modules such as MM and FI/CO. Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP solutions, system configuration, integration testing, and support to UAT. Prepare documentation such as functional specifications, solution proposals, testing, and training. Support different phases of the project, from business requirements towards hyper-care and knowledge transfer including end users. Ensure adherence to global design, technical architecture, standards, audit, and change management. Support AMS activities and enhancement of the SAP for end users based on requirements. Professional & Education Qualifications: Complete Degree in IT area. Advanced English. Strong knowledge of the SAP PP/PM area functions and their interactions with other SAP modules. In-depth knowledge of end-to-end P2S processes areas including Logistics, Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Costs, and reports. Experience designing and implementing SAP integrations with 3rd party systems (mainly MES systems). Experience and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation debugging knowledge. Nice to have: Experience on SAP migration from SAP ECC to SAP S4HANA. Ability to communicate and collaborate across systems and business teams.
