Our client specializes in AI-powered workflow automation solutions that optimize operations for mid-sized enterprises in industries like manufacturing, retail, financial services, and automotive. They are seeking an entrepreneurial sales leader to join as Co-Founder & VP of Sales, playing a key role in strategic growth. Your Mission: In Year 1, use your network and expertise to secure mid-sized enterprise clients in the US and Canada, driving immediate revenue growth. In Year 2, lead expansion efforts, build and manage a sales and marketing team, and drive capital-raising efforts for continued growth. Who You Are: Networker: Well-connected in target industries, able to access key decision-makers. Sales Expert: Proven B2B sales track record, especially in IT and process automation. Industry Savvy: Deep understanding of manufacturing, retail, financial services, and automotive sectors. Entrepreneurial Leader: Resourceful, proactive, and thrive in a startup environment. Strategic Thinker: Skilled at aligning sales efforts with business objectives. Experienced: 8 years in sales, with 3–4 years in a leadership role. What You’ll Do: Drive revenue by securing new clients through your network. Engage with managers and senior executives, understanding their needs and positioning our ’ solutions effectively. Lead and mentor a growing sales team. Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement sales strategies. Contribute to our strategic direction, ensuring we stay ahead of market trends.
