MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: The Sales Administrator be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations to support one of our sales channel You will be self-motivated and resilient, be able to handle constantly shifting priorities, and manage all project activities from being a hands-on lead liaison to providing quality, excellence, and completing information to contribute to the sales growth. You will work in a team-oriented atmosphere of collaboration across all departments. You have a strong sense of urgency and need to excel in a fast-paced and challenging work environment with the commitment to engage with the team and coordinate efforts while working independently at the same time. You need to understand customer expectations, line review processes, point of sale information, item setups, product testing, packaging processes, and the associated timelines. You should be well organized and demonstrate the ability to juggle many projects with varying complexity. ROLE-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Project Management: Support Sales Managers Manage multiple projects and tasks with a customer-focused approach. Monitor workflow, identifying and correcting course as needed. Establish and enforce procedures for project needs. Track onboarding progress on customer platforms and internal trackers. Manage project timelines and risks Evaluate team deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with requirements. Lead and maintain project lists, PLR setups, RFQs, and SKU management. Ensure digital assets are updated with new product setups. 2.Administration: Act as the main support contact Handle routine tasks such as coordination, correspondence, and report review. Create, validate, and update specifications on portals/technology platforms. Participate in presentations and business meetings with accounts. Ensure timely and seamless new product onboarding. Manage internal process flow and new product presentations. Maintain pricing updates in POS reports. Complete item presentation tags per customer requirements for all PLRs. Keep SharePoint project files accessible for the team. 3.Customer Service, Communications, and Outreach: Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, and Operations teams to meet customer deadlines and expectations. Provide presentation templates to PD, Sales, and Marketing teams. Coordinate with Sales Managers, team members, and Project Development Coordinators to prevent delays. Facilitate weekly meetings with sales, product development, operations, and marketing teams. 4.Financial Management & Reports: Manage project planning and reporting accurately and timely. Track and follow up on reset rollout orders. Process third-party vendor invoices for approval. Resolve invoice issues and penalty fines. Review POS reports to ensure accurate item listings. 5.Miscellaneous: Anticipate potential problems and facilitate solutions proactively. Handle sample drop-offs/pick-ups at the IC as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
