About Hooks Creative Hooks Creative designs premium clothes hangers and Point-of-Sale (POS) materials for iconic fashion brands like Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, Levi’s, and Karl Lagerfeld. Everything we create is custom-designed with sustainability and storytelling at its core. From concept to production, we make sure brands look sharp—right down to the hanger. We're growing rapidly and looking for an International Sales Specialist to expand our global footprint and build lasting relationships with our international clients and partners. Your Role As an International Sales Specialist, you are the commercial link between Hooks Creative and our international clients. You build and nurture relationships with brands, retailers, agents, and distributors across borders. From presenting new concepts to negotiating deals, your work helps turn creative vision into commercial success. You work closely with our internal design, production, and logistics teams to ensure projects run smoothly from pitch to delivery. Your Responsibilities · • Manage and grow our international client base in fashion, retail, and lifestyle · • Initiate and lead commercial conversations with prospects and existing accounts · • Present product concepts and tailored proposals based on brand needs · • Attend international trade shows and client visits when needed · • Work closely with the internal design and sales support teams to align timelines and project scopes · • Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities in relevant regions · • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and conditions in collaboration with management · • Maintain CRM systems and reporting on sales activities What You Bring · • 2 years of relevant experience in sales · • Fluent in English (spoken and written), other languages (e.g. German, French, Spanish) are a big plus · • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills · • Experience with international clients and cultural differences · • Confident presenter, both in-person and online · • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across teams and time zones What We Offer · • A unique opportunity to represent a fast-growing creative brand worldwide · • International exposure with high-end clients and household names · • A dynamic and inspiring team based in Haarlem · • 25 vacation days (based on full-time), 8% holiday pay · • Daily catered lunch, flexible hours, and team outings · • An open, collaborative culture where ideas are welcome and wins are celebrated Our Culture We’re a close-knit, ambitious team that blends creativity with commercial drive.
