SAP Program Director

Responsibilities for SAP Program Manager Identify, assess and resolve business challenges using the full capabilities of the implemented SAP Solutions Provide oversight and escalation support for all service provider platform and development operations Provide guidance to projects and operations on appropriate use of the platform and development solutions Coaches and leads team to ensure sales performance is optimized and maximised Consistently focuses team to drive opportunity from creation to closure Team player high performance people manager across the Greater China region Manage a large, diverse, and globally dispersed team of user assistance developers to ensure the timely delivery of high quality user assistance deliverables Provide ongoing feedback, mentoring, and coaching to team members, and act as a role model by proactively demonstrating innovative thinking, accountability, and commitment Collaborate with peers in the Corporate systems to apply best practices to integrate between SAP applications (ERP, BW, BO and BPC) Qualifications for SAP director The SAP Director will demonstrate leadership and influencing skills through effective definition of architecture for strategic ERP (SAP S4/Hana) alignment and integration with outlying FI, Data Warehouse, MES and Enterprise tools. Strong working knowledge of SAP, with a history of success implementing and/or upgrading SAP in large corporate environments Expert level knowledge of SAP functionality and implementation methodology Experience designing and implementing SAP HANA is preferred Work closely with other departments in order to meet performance and scalability expectations for SAP environment Assess up-and-coming SAP technology, and create ideas and strategies for adoption Experience supporting production applications including ensuring service level agreements, incident management, change management, request management, and problem management Bachelors’ degree in business or a related subject Excellent Communication skills – written and verbal- for effective dialogue with bottlers, customers and system Must be able to communicate difficult messages with tact and respect
