Assembly Operative Salary: £26,500 starting salary Location: Near Stadhampton, Oxfordshire Hours: Mon–Thurs 08:00–17:00 / Fri 08:00–Midday Start Date: ASAP Type: Permanent This is a great opportunity to join a well-regarded engineering business in South Oxfordshire, producing precision aerospace components in a quality-focused environment.As part of the production team, you’ll play a vital role in assembling aerospace components to a high standard, contributing to the manufacture of world-class products. Assembly Operative Benefits: £26,500 starting salary time & a half overtime 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Bonus scheme and healthcare plan Fantastic pension scheme Free parking A strong focus on staff development Assembly Operative Responsibilities: Assembling aerospace components using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches) Conducting quality checks on your own work Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and detailed work instructions Accurately recording work in ERP software (SAP) Maintaining safe working practices at all times Requirements: Confident using a range of hand tools (any considered) Strong attention to detail and quality mindset Comfortable working with workshop equipment Able to interpret basic engineering drawings or diagrams Solid understanding of health & safety in a production environment To apply, simply click the apply button.
