Job Description

We are looking to recruit for an Aftersales Technical Advisor who will be responsible for dealing with aftersales activities relating to product warranty and technical support. Duties Support customers and field service engineers in the swift resolution of product and system related technical enquiries or warranty claims by telephone and email. Maintain proactive and regular contact with customers and colleagues to ensure satisfaction with the solution provided. Provide an innovative and technically aware approach to problem solving to ensure the correct product application and operation. Provide management with regular updates on tasks/resolution status and complete surveys and technical reports as necessary. Provide excellent customer service by being helpful, professional, and courteous at all times. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Demonstrated commercial awareness. Excellent customer service and communication skills both verbal and written. Good organisation and time management skills. Understanding of electrical motors and or mechanical applications and controls systems. A full current driving licence. (An 18th Edition electrical qualification is desirable.) Benefits Salary will be between 32-35k depending on experience, plus full company benefits: 25 days annual leave including Xmas closure period, plus bank holidays.
