Due to the retirement of a longstanding employee, they are now looking for a plant / operations manager to take the site forward.In this role you will be responsible for the operational control of this production site, including the commercial functions and engineering disciplines. You will be responsible for ensuring safety / reliability across sites and network with the wider business.The role could suit a manager from a COMAH / industrial environment, with experience dealing with trade unions, experience managing teams and with an understanding of health / safety as well as commercial acumen.
