Excellent Sous Chef role for busy Country Hotel & Restaurant Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this luxury country tel for a Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving all fresh food for the fine dining restaurant, lounge bar and banqueting. You must have worked to ideally 2AA rosette level in a quality Hotel or restaurant. You will be a talented and confident leader who can deputise for the Head Chef.
