The department act for Park Homes, developers, promotors and landowners dealing with all areas of property development work including residential, retail and mixed-use schemes. You will manage a caseload of Landlord and Tenant Acquisition and disposals Financing Transfers of going concerns Residential and commercial developments This is a full-time position with hybrid working, both in the office and working-from-home.
