What Youll Be Doing: Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are always a top priority Maintaining food quality and consistency in every dish Helping to lead and motivate the team, creating a positive and fun work environment Contributing ideas to the seasonal specials board Supporting stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation What Were Looking For: A passionate and organised chef who enjoys working with fresh, seasonal ingredients Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie looking to step up A team player with leadership skills and a positive attitude A commitment to food safety, hygiene, and high standards Someone who enjoys working in a creative kitchen environment where ideas are encouraged Reliable transport to Welwyn Village AMRT1_UKCT
