HGV 2 Driver

Pertemps driving division are looking for HGV 2 drivers to join our team within the Telford and Shropshire region to cover weekly and last-minute bookings. Whether youre looking for ongoing HGV 2 work, or just AD-HOC work to fill up the gaps in your week please get in touch The roles will entail and not limited to: Conducting daily/weekly pre-journey safety checks, ensuring the truck remains in a safe, roadworthy condition. Driving various heavy goods vehicles with a variety of trailers depending on the load. General haulage work Internal and external deliveries, Depot to depot deliveries/collections. Handball can be involved. strapping loads Trunking work Trailer swapping Yard shunting/movements To be considered for thisHGV 2driver role you will need: Category C entitlement (MUST OF HELD FOR A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS) 6 Months experience driving C Class vehicles Valid Tacho and DQC cards Friendly, professional, and dedicated to great customer service An outstanding work ethic and the ability to work at a fast pace Flexible approach to work and willingness to support when needed PAYE Only Benefits: Flexible working hours Ongoing assignments PAYE PAY: £13.50 - £15.00 dependant on shifts day and time If you are interested in this HGV 2 driver role, please apply within.
