Role: Sous Chef As a Sous Chef, you will be second in command, delivering excellent food standards using quality fresh ingredients for our seasonal menus and daily specials in a friendly and supportive environment. You'll support the Head Chef in leading and mentoring the brigade and be passionate about their training and continued development. Previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment, is required. This role is ideal for a chef de partie or junior sous chef looking to progress. Responsibilities: Maintain health and safety processes and a 5-star rating. Achieve GP targets for the site. Manage stock and labour costs. Support and develop your team.
