Conveyancing Paralegal Eclectic Recruitment is working with a top legal law film, looking for a conveyancing paralegal in the Lincolnshire area. You will be working with residential property team undertaking start to finish conveyancing responsibilities. Job title: Conveyancing Paralegal Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (negotiable) Location: Lincolnshire The successful candidate will have previous experience in handling pre and post completion with, assisting or managing their own caseload. They will have the ability to work under deadlines and committed to providing excellent customer service. Main Responsibilities: Ordering and checking routine property searches. Title checking, raising and reviewing enquires and reporting. Checking mortgage offers. Drafting AP1's and stamp duty returns. Utilising land registry portal. Dealing directly with clients, estate agents and lenders. Building and maintaining relationships with clients. Assisting with conveyancing queries. Personal Specification: Experienced Conveyancing Paralegal. Understanding of Conveyancing procedures.
