Ad Hoc Class 1 Drivers Wanted Job Type: Ad Hoc / Part Time / Temporary Pay Rate: £17-20ph Job Description: Day and night Trunking work or bulk delivery work. We are looking for flexible and reliable Class 1 Drivers to support our clients on an ad hoc basis based in Preston. Its trunking work or bulk delivery you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of Temp controlled Medical supplies, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. This role is perfect for drivers who enjoys flexibility in their work schedule and are available for shifts on short notice. Tell us when you can work and we will work around you Key Responsibilities: Safely operate Class 1 vehicles for the delivery and collection of goods. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety. Comply with all road safety regulations and company policies. Communicate effectively with dispatch Ensure goods are delivered in excellent condition and on time. Requirements: Valid Class 1 (CE) driving license. Minimum of 1 years of driving experience with no more than 6 points. Up-to-date CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) and Digital Tachograph card. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required. Ability to work independently and handle unexpected situations on the road.
