What You’ll Do: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty Renew and manage policies for clients of varying sizes and spend Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding customers through insurance decisions and claims Collaborate with underwriters and insurers to secure the best policies for clients Support and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration Meet renewal sales targets and provide insightful performance reports. About You: Skilled in commercial insurance policy renewal, negotiation and documentation A team player who can also work independently with professionalism and integrity.
