This unique Staycity property has multiple food and drink outlets including a rooftop bar, event space,as well as a stunning brewery and gin distillary. Work alongside the F&B development team to implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability. Develop and maintain a sound relationship with third party partnerships (Brewery & Events) Lead the F&B team, and manage direct reports. Establish and grow external trade for food, drink and events Develop and implement an event strategy that drives footfall, revenue and profitability Ensure all events have been costed and achieve the required margin Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and policies Recruit, train and develop the F&B team members Conduct regular performance reviews with the F&B providing feedback in line with the Staycity Group Values Collaborate with the development team regarding food and drinks offer development proving them with guest and team insights Seek and act on guest feedback ensuring any issues are dealt with promptly and professionally Have a sound knowledge of the departments financial performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.
