Take initiative – Show dependability, autonomy, and a desire to keep learning. Duties & Key Responsibilities Offering practical assistance to a Licensed Conveyancer on residential property files. Liaising with clients and other parties to support the smooth handling of transactions. Monitoring billable time and contributing to income-generating activities. Supporting tasks related to mortgage processes and additional areas linked to property law.
