The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our team at Brighton Beach House (BN2 1AY ) . Your main responsibility is to ensure that the food we deliver to our members it of the highest quality. This includes preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations and plating to company standards What we are looking for 2-3 years' experience in a busy high-profile kitchen Team player who communicates well with all colleagues Punctual, reliable and trustworthy Sense of urgency Yes, yes, yes mentality Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Have a genuine passion for food and beverage Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required Brighton Beach House Opening Hours: Mon - Thurs - 8am - 11pm Fri - Sat - 8am - 1am Sunday - 8am - 1am subject to change kitchen will close earlier Nearest Station (BN2 1AY): Brighton AMRT1_UKCT
