Cost Accountant

SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with an international manufacturing business in the recruitment of a Plant Controller. The successful candidate will act as the Finance business partner to the Plant Manager and Finance Director, providing timely, accurate, and manufacturing-focused finance support. Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory, costing, and operational reporting. Drive cost reduction and productivity initiatives. Oversee purchase requisitions and standard cost evaluations. Participate in daily production meetings and monthly results presentations. Prepare weekly reports and month-end journal entries. Manage capital expenditures and ensure SOX compliance. Support statutory audits and continuous process improvements. Requirements: Ideally you will be part/qualified CIMA/ACCA Experience in a manufacturing environment.
