Job Description
Accounts Administrator, up to 28K DOE P&L Recruitment are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a rapidly expanding company based in Glasgow, to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with excellent progression opportunities The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as part of a small team. Main duties: Reconciling payment certificates with invoices Compiling operations & maintenance manuals Updating of purchase orders Processing of AP invoices Logging & reconciliation of purchase ledger Weekly timesheet, payroll & sub-contractor certificate processing Compiling monthly payroll for submission Assist in scheduling and maintaining work calendar Manage and maintain office supplies inventory Organise and maintain physical and electronic file Tender process administration & project support Answer and direct phone calls Handling inbound & outbound company mail & email Project document management Loading information into project management software Main requirements: Previous accounts administration Good IT skills, including Excel Xero experience would be an advantage Strong team player Be able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment If you have previous administration experience, we would love to hear from you
