Job Description

Dispatch Operative - Goods in and Goods out. Established in 1988, Todd Chart Agency Limited, trading as Todd Navigation, is a family owned company which has grown to become the largest retailer of nautical charts and books in Ireland, and the largest independent ADMIRALTY chart agent in the United Kingdom. Managing Director, Capt. William Todd, states that the aim of the company is to supply a fast, cost effective and quality chart service both to Merchant Shipping and to the leisure market. For goods outwards the job requires Picking books and printing charts against printed Picking Lists, and packing in suitable packing materials. Creating delivery notes in SAP Business One stock control software, and creating courier airwaybills. The post requires accuracy and attention to detail, with orders dispatched in an efficient and timely fashion. For goods inwards the job requires Checking suppliers delivery notes against our purchase orders, placing books and other items on shelves, and creating purchase delivery notes in SAP B1.
