Role responsibilities Advising privately owned businesses on their corporate and shareholder tax strategies Delivering compliance and advisory services to clients across a range of sectors Supporting clients through business lifecycle events such as acquisitions, disposals, and restructures Identifying tax planning opportunities and ensuring compliance with current legislation Building long-term client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver a joined-up service to clients Managing and developing junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture Staying current with tax developments and helping shape the firm’s internal knowledge and processes About the firm This well-established accountancy practice is known for its personal approach and technical expertise.
