Address customer inquiries and schedule appointments for estimates and consultations. Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers regarding project updates, concerns, and satisfaction. Maintain communication throughout the roofing process to ensure customer needs are met. Office Organization: Keep the office organized and tidy, ensuring that all supplies and materials are readily available. Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important documents. Support for Team Operations: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, managing schedules, and assisting with documentation. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
