Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking, focused, and highly motivated Service Coordinator for Berg’s Heating and Air Conditioning. This position reports directly to our Interim General Manager and is a remote/hybrid position based in Sierra Vista, AZ. Responsibilities. As our Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our operations. Working closely with our Commercial Service Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: Provide top-notch customer service via email, phone, and text Efficiently schedule technicians and manage invoices and MSAs Maintain an up-to-date and accurate customer database through Salesforce Ensure clear communication with department managers, employees, and customers Handle occasional assigned administrative duties Recommendations. 2 years of administrative experience 1 years of scheduling or dispatching experience Advance customer service and communication skills (written and verbal) High attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks and follow through Strong prioritization and organizational skills Success in working efficiently in a fast-paced environment Geographical knowledge of the service area Compensation.
