The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 maintenance personnel, overseeing the upgrading and sourcing of new equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical systems. Competitive salary, full suite of benefits and much more Job Details Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of 3-4 maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and support. Oversee the upgrading and installation of new equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Source and procure new equipment as needed, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment. Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on various equipment and systems. Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and support overall operations. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various equipment and systems. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Ability to source and evaluate new equipment and suppliers. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
