Salary: $40 - $42 per hour A bit about us: We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Shippensburg. We're a food production manufacturer and this is a 1st shift role. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime. Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems and components as needed. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and departments to address electrical maintenance needs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs. Monitor and maintain inventory of electrical supplies and spare parts. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems. Why join us? Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in electrical maintenance. Education and Experience: Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
