Due to growth, we are seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney with minimum 5 years of experience to join out dynamic team. Why join us? Represent sophisticated commercial real estate developers, private equity firms, and institutional investors in commercial and residential transactions. Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements for acquisitions and dispositions. Structure and manage real estate financing transactions, including construction, acquisition, and mezzanine financing. Handle commercial leasing transactions, with an emphasis on anchor and junior-anchor shopping center lease agreements. Prepare and review AIA construction contracts for development projects. Draft and negotiate easement agreements, declarations, and association documents. Conduct and oversee survey, title, and due diligence reviews. Provide strategic legal counsel on complex real estate transactions. Looking For: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active Florida Bar license in good standing. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Strong transactional skills, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. Extensive experience advising private equity and institutional investors in real estate deals. Proven ability to independently manage high-value transactions while collaborating with a legal team.
