We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for a leading player in the Ingredient Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company's facilities. You will be the one to ensure that your colleagues have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget. Responsibilities: As a Maintenance Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include: 1. Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation. 2. Checking electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality. 3. Planning and overseeing all repair and installation activities. 4. Ensuring health and safety policies are complied with. 5. Managing relationships with contractors and service providers. 6. Keeping maintenance logs and reporting on daily activities. 7. Monitoring equipment inventory and placing orders when necessary. 8. Managing budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness. 9. Ensuring compliance with food safety and GMPs. 10. Leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should have: 1. Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or other managerial role. 2. 5 years of experience in the supplement or food manufacturing industry. 3. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations. 4. Familiarity with machinery and electrical systems. 5. Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc. 6. Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment. 7. Ability to keep track of and report on activity. 8. Experience in planning maintenance operations. 9. Solid understanding of project management principles. 10. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities. 11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 12. Proficient in the use of CMMS. 13. BSc/Ba in business administration or facility management will be an advantage. 14. Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus.
