Entry Level Sales & Customer Support Representative Responsibilities: Work with customers to drive brand awareness and generate leads. Support sales growth through lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up activities. Coordinate with the customer support and sales team to assist in the outreach to potential customers and guide through the full sales cycle Maintain and update customer databases and assist with CRM management. Monitor and report on marketing and sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing documentation.
