Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Details Unit Highlights: Hospital: Medical City Heart and Spine Hospital Location: Dallas, TX Unit: Cath Lab (746) Classification: RN Shift Detail: DAYS Assignment Length: 13 weeks Shift/Workdays: DAYS Call Requirements: Yes Guaranteed Hours: 36 Special Skills/Experience required: 2 years Job Requirements Must have: BLS ACLS 2 years’ experience in an interventional CCL setting with STEMI program, IABP, Impella, closure devices, CSI, Laser atherectomy ACTIVE TX RN LICENSE - RN, BSN – temp license will not be accepted Schedule Information 4 – 10 hour shifts with call for CCL Weekend – Discuss during the interview Unit Specific Information Number of Beds: 12 holding bays, 3 CCLs, 2 EPs, 1 hybrid suite Unit staffing description: CCL/EP teams include 3 team members, scrub, circulate and monitor. Type of equipment: GE/Philips Documentation system: Meditech Floating policy: As needed Dress Code: Royal Blue scrubs (proof of purchase required) Nail Policy: Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc. Hair: neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors Tattoos: Body art should be covered whenever possible Piercings: Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited.
