Job Description Job Description Job Title: Order Management Specialist Industry: Distribution Location: Beaverton, OR (onsite with opportunity to work one day per week from home) Salary: $24 - $28.85 per hour plus annual bonus Employment Type: Contract to hire or direct hire, dependent upon experience Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm Job Description: LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Specialist to join our client's team in Beaverton, OR. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth processing and management of customer orders, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle order entry and logistics-related tasks utilizing ERP and Excel. Our client offers a fun and uplifting company culture, 100% paid medical premiums, tuition assistance and more Key Responsibilities: Order Entry and Management (80%): Accurately enter and process customer orders in the system. Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment. Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, updates, and any issues. Maintain and update order records and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction. Logistics (20%): Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders. Track shipments and manage delivery schedules. Handle any logistics-related issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations. Assist in inventory management and stock level monitoring. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 1 years of experience in order management, logistics or similar role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience using an ERP or similar system is a big plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
