Job Description Job Description Job Title: CNC Machine Operator Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up and manage CNC machines, translate engineering drawings into production dimensions, and ensure machines operate according to company guidelines. This role requires overseeing machines, making necessary adjustments for optimal results, and conducting regular machine assessments. Responsibilities Set up and manage CNC machines. Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production. Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with company guidelines. Oversee machines while they execute tasks and make necessary changes to improve results. Check machinery daily to guarantee functionality. Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs. Provide timelines to clients. Communicate logistics issues that arise during part creation. Ensure machining process results align with client expectations. Conduct regular CNC machine assessments. Essential Skills Experience with machine operation. Experience in production. Ability to work as a team player. Proficiency with CNC machines, including setup and operation. Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
