Unit Specific Information Unit: Med 1 (3C) (610) Classification: RN-M/S Documentation system: Meditech Floating policy: As needed Nurse assesses for all PRN medications at least 15 minutes before med is available to be given next IV fluids are changed out BEFORE the IV beeps.
