Job Description Job Description Looking for a reliable and outgoing part time sales associate working in retail sales selling medical scrubs and uniforms. With a flexible schedule, looking for days, night, and weekend availability . History of customer service is preferred. Job includes stocking, checking inventory, completing sales, and customer service. Looking for someone who wants a part time easy going job in retail. Night and weekend availability. Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries Maintain in-stock and presentable condition within the store Actively seek out customers in store Process POS (point of sale) purchases Handle returns/exchanges of merchandise Comply with inventory control procedures Stock the sales floor Clean and maintain standards within the store Skills Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role Proficiency in English Basic Math skills Hands-on experience with POS transactions Solid communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner Availability to work flexible shifts High school diploma or equivalent experience.
