Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage customers with a friendly, positive attitude. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless products and services. Demonstrate product features and benefits, ensuring customers have a clear understanding. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building. Stay updated on the latest wireless technology trends and promotions. Assist with inventory management and maintain an organized sales floor. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college experience is a plus. Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for technology and a desire to learn.
