If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you Sales Administrator Summary: As a Sales Administrator , you will be responsible for managing sales documentation, processing orders, coordinating with clients, and assisting the sales team in achieving revenue goals. Your role is crucial in maintaining efficiency and accuracy in the sales pipeline while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist the sales & CAM team with quotes, proposals, contracts, and client follow-ups. Order Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders, renewals, and service agreements. Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates on service delivery. Client Documentation: Entering in new address sites and new customer information into our CRM Manage Service Agreement Creations: Create Managed Service Agreements and get contracts signed, returned and put into our system. Reporting & Analytics: Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support decision-making. Billing & Invoicing Assistance: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely invoice and payment processing. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and contribute to optimizing sales workflows. Event & Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and industry events. Backup Role: Procurement (in the absence of the primary staff) Receiving Purchasing Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 2 years in sales support, sales administration, or customer service role CRM & Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., ConnectWise, HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and vendor interactions. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and proactively support the sales process.
