One week- classroom and lab Additional Details Department: IR (Tech) of suites/labs: 2 labs cases per day on average: 5-10 Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Inpatient, outpatient, and emergent, Stroke Thrombectomy, Embolizations, Lines, Tubes, Visceral, Para, Thora, flouro, etc. No CT or US for techs Job Duties: Panning and scrubbing EMR/Equipment: EPIC and Philips Xper (Hemo), Siemens C-Arm Interventionalist hours/on call: Intensivist MD In house 24/7 MD, IR always available, on call after hours Is there a manager/Charge Nurse on each shift? Team Lead there and working in the lab Floating Requirements: radiology pre/post requirements Scrub Color/Dress Code provided Additional Notes: Lead will be provided, bring your own lock for locker and hospital designated shoes Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions DaysCall - 36hr weekly minimum (scheduled 5-8hr shifts) Call Every third weekend and 1-2 days/week, first to float, every other holiday
