Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) Architect Role Location : Remote. Experience : 7 to 12 years. Notice period : Immediate to 10 days joiners preferred. Roles And Responsibilities : Microservices & Distributed Systems : - Deep experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices?based architectures. - Familiarity with messaging patterns, API gateways, load balancing, and service discovery. - Strong understanding of distributed systems challenges (scalability, fault tolerance, event driven design). Containerization & Cloud Orchestration : - Hands?on expertise with Kubernetes for container orchestration (deployment, scaling, networking). - Proficiency in Docker containerization and best practices for container security. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native services (container registries, load balancers, logging/monitoring solutions). DevOps & CI/CD : - Proven track record setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI). - Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, or similar). - Strong knowledge of version control (Git), automated testing, and release management. Monitoring & Metrics : - Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) for collecting and visualizing metrics (CPU, memory, application logs, system events). - Experience building custom metrics tracking systems (e.g., collecting developer metrics, PR data, code coverage). - Ability to define SLAs/SLOs and implement alerting/incident management workflows. Security & Compliance : - Solid understanding of application security, network security, encryption (HTTPS/TLS). - Implementation of GDPR compliance or data privacy policies in software solutions. - Familiarity with Role?Based Access Control (RBAC) for multi?tenant and enterprise environments. API Design & Integration : - Expertise in RESTful API design, GraphQL or gRPC (bonus). - Experience integrating with external or internal services (VS Code Server, AI/ML models, etc.). - Knowledge of authentication and authorization standards (OAuth, JWT, SAML). AI/ML Pipeline Integration : - Some exposure to machine learning or AI model lifecycle (model endpoints, inference, orchestration). - Ability to integrate model agents (e.g., code generation, code suggestions) with broader system infrastructure. - Understanding of data privacy and performance considerations in ML deployments. Data Storage & Management : - Practical experience with SQL/NoSQL data stores for storing configurations and analytics. - Designing multi tenant data models and appropriate data isolation strategies. - Knowledge of data lake/data warehouse solutions (optional but beneficial for large's cale analytics). Frontend & Developer Tools : - Familiarity with VS Code Server or similar remote development setups. - Basic understanding of frontend technologies (React) for building dashboards if needed. - Experience with developer workflow tooling (code reviews, PR monitoring, commit analytics). Enterprise Software Design & Leadership : - Strong architectural patterns knowledge (DDD, CQRS, event sourcing). - Excellent communication skills to lead cross functional teams, manage stakeholders, and define technical roadmaps. - Ability to translate high?level business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Solid experience mentoring junior developers and implementing best practices (code standards, design guidelines).
