This role will be responsible for defining test strategies, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and leading a team to deliver a seamless and robust lending platform. Key Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities : 1. Test Planning : - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the Loan Management System. - Identify and prioritize testing requirements based on business requirements and risk assessment. 2. Test Execution : - Lead a team of testers in executing manual and automated tests. - Ensure that testing is completed on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards. 3. Defect Management : - Identify, report, and track defects found during testing. - Collaborate with the Development team to resolve defects and ensure that fixes are properly tested. 6. Team Management : - Lead, mentor, and coach a team of testers. - Ensure that team members have the necessary skills, training, and resources to perform their jobs effectively. 7. Stakeholder Management : - Communicate testing plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including Product Management, Development, and Business Leaders. - Ensure that stakeholders are informed and aligned with testing activities and outcomes. Requirements : 1. Experience : - At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on leading testing teams. - Experience with loan management systems or financial services software is a plus. 2.
